By joining Khayati | خيّاطي, vendors get a chance to sell on the company’s online platform to a large customer base. Vendors allow the company to feature their:
First 3 months free: A new vendor will have their first three (3) months free — no commission charged once their account verification is completed.
To maintain an excellent reputation, Khayati requires partners to meet the following standards:
Customer payments are handled and managed by Khayati | خيّاطي, which offers various modes of payment. The company also provides systematic processes for payouts to vendors when the customer completes payment and delivery of goods is complete.
Vendors must give customer support by handling complaints, returns, and alterations of their goods. Vendors must ensure customers are not disappointed with the products they purchase, and must inform clients about what returns or alterations can be handled before any orders are made.
Customer contact information provided by the company must not be shared or used for other purposes. Vendors must not contact the customer directly outside the platform or share the client’s personal information.
